Return Policy
Customers will be offered a full refund (by original form of payment), credit note or exchange on any regular or sale priced merchandise within one week of purchase.
Customers can receive a credit note that is valid for 1 year or exchange any regular or sale priced merchandise within 2 weeks of purchase. Purchases paid for by cheque will be refunded after a 10-day waiting period - the time period required for the cheque to clear at the bank. Purchases may be returned/exchanged at all Liberty locations.
